When a scientist learns that his company, BioTek, plans to use his latest invention-a bio-chip which can make lifeless objects come to life-for evil purposes, he's determined to hide his findings. Before BioTek has him arrested and put in jail, he hides the world's most valuable microchip in the most unlikely of places...a vacuum cleaner named Stardust!
But Stardust is not just the family vacuum cleaner anymore. Thanks to the microchip, Stardust has become a spinning, twirling, talking, living, breathing machine!
Now it's up to his son Charlie, an eleven-year-old whiz kid, to free his father and keep the microchip from falling into the wrong hands. With the help of Stardust, Charlie might just save the day!
